Recipes

Here are a selection of recipes from both of my books, I hope you will enjoy making them.  Each recipe is special to me in one way or another, the Classic Victoria Sponge (albeit with a personal twist) that my Mother and I would bake together during my childhood.  The Chocolate and Aubergine brownies are so good, just like the ones I eat in my favourite Italian coastal town, Amalfi.  The Persimmon & Grape Tart is the tart that I baked on TV and the bread – a simple loaf that I have made for hundreds of dinner guests, you wouldn’t believe how a sprinkling of aniseed can elevate a humble loaf in to such a gastronomic delight.
